Pictures
We ask you to be fully present during the ceremony so please make sure your phones are on silent or off.
After the ceremony, we encourage you to take photos and will give you a QR code to upload them to our wedding album so we can look back at all the special memories and moments captured by our loved ones!
We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day, and we ask that you please don’t interfere with their shots and remain respectful of them.
What Time Should I Arrive To The Ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 11:00am. Please plan to arrive no earlier than 10:30am as we will still be preparing and no later than 10:45am to ensure that you don’t miss anything! We appreciate your punctuality!
Is There Accommodation
Yes, there is at your own cost. The venue has a beautiful guesthouse, and we have also compiled a list of nearby accommodation that you can view here.
Disability Accessibility
The Bell Venue can be accessed by the fountain and there is a wheelchair friendly bathroom however the guest house is not wheelchair friendly due to steps
Foot Ware
The venue is big with many beautiful photo opportunities across the four corners, but the ground is rather gravelly around the walkways. Please make sure you are comfortable in what you wear.
Will There be Dancing?
Get ready to bust some moves! We will have an awesome DJ playing some sweet tunes and hope you’ll join us on the dance floor.
Dresscode
It’s time to dress your best for our special day. Ladies, please join us in elegant smart wear, and gentlemen, in your finest suits. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style.
The only colour out of bounds is white. Ladies, if you come in white, you’ll experience a colour run at the entrance.
Breakage
A refundable breakage deposit has been charged, but should something break, the one who broke it will be liable for the breakage fee.
Is There Parking?
The venue has ample parking and security around the clock. The security guard will direct you to the parking bay upon arrival
Can I Bring a Guest?
We’re so excited to celebrated this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we’re keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation.
Are You Signed Up With A Wedding Registry Service?
Your love and well-wishes are the most important gifts of all. If you would like to contribute in another way, a monetary gift will help us as we plan our future together.
Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions?

We have carefully selected an amazing buffet for everyone to enjoy! If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know no later than the 15th January 2026 so we can inform the venue and make the necessary preparations.
Since There Will be Drinking, What Do We Do About Driving?
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. Ubers are available from the venue at your own cost or make sure you have a designated driver.
What Will The Weather Be?
Since it is March and in Pretoria, you can expect temperatures up to 33 degrees based off previous years. The chapel and reception hall do have air conditioning so don’t worry!
If it does rain, the party will be held indoors.
Can I Give a Speech?
Since time is limited, we have already asked a few people to say some special words.
